1. Using Animal Stack Battle

These Terms of Service apply to Animal Stack Battle, its online features and this website, operated by Daiki Tokumoto. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally agree on your own, a parent or guardian must give any permission required by applicable law.

For an app obtained through Apple’s App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless a separate applicable license is provided. These terms address our game services and do not override Apple’s terms or mandatory consumer rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

2. Fair play and your profile

You may use the game for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and the applicable store license. Keep control of your device, account credentials and backups. Choose a display name that does not expose sensitive personal information.

Do not cheat, automate play to obtain unfair rewards, exploit bugs or payment errors, falsify purchases or referrals, disrupt servers, impersonate others, harass players, or use the service unlawfully. Do not sell accounts or trade virtual items outside features we expressly provide.

We may restrict online access or correct improperly obtained rewards when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud or security problems. Contact support if you believe an action was taken in error.

3. Purchases and virtual items

Diamonds, coins, skins and other virtual items are for use inside the game. They are not money, have no cash redemption value and cannot be transferred outside authorized game features. Prices and contents are shown before purchase; the store’s purchase confirmation controls the price charged, including applicable taxes and currency.

Purchases require store authorization and successful transaction confirmation. Starter, the 4-Skin + Diamonds pack and the 3× Value pack are each limited to one purchase and disappear from the shop after fulfillment. Other diamond packs may be purchased again where offered.

The Starter pack includes a single guaranteed skin draw followed by its diamond reward. The 4-Skin + Diamonds pack grants the selected set and its listed diamonds. These packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

For billing or refund requests, use the store through which you purchased. You may also contact us about missing items. Any refund policy is subject to applicable law and the store’s rules; nothing here excludes a refund or remedy you are legally entitled to.

Keep backups where available. Restoration depends on the product, your purchase history and the available account or device records; consumed virtual items and unsaved local progress may not be recoverable. If a purchase was interrupted, contact support before buying the same item again.

4. Gacha and rewarded ads

Normal gacha draws are random. Current costs, available items and probabilities are shown in the app. A ten-draw does not guarantee a skin unless an offer explicitly says so. A guaranteed Starter skin draw is separate from normal gacha draws. Duplicate handling follows the rules shown in the app.

Rewarded advertisements are optional. Rewards depend on the ad provider reporting the required completion. Ad availability, connection problems or an interrupted ad may prevent completion.

5. Invite codes and rewards

A new player may enter one other player’s invite code within 72 hours of first opening the title screen. Entering your own code is not allowed. Eligible code entry grants the newcomer’s reward and makes the inviter’s corresponding reward claimable.

The invited player must reach Sakura in Sky Climb or complete 10 qualifying Room Matches within 30 days of that same first launch for the inviter to earn the additional mission rewards. The 30-day period does not restart when the code is entered. Sky Climb progress must be synchronized online before the deadline. Leaving before the match result and spectating do not count as completed Room Matches.

Each inviter has a lifetime maximum of 20 invited players and up to 20 rewards for each mission. Expired missions and removed friends do not free invitation slots. Each friend can reward a particular mission only once. Rewards earned before the deadline can be claimed afterward; Claim can collect multiple ready rewards for the same mission together.

We may reject or reverse rewards obtained through falsified activity, duplicate claims or exploitation. The current reward amounts are displayed in the app.

6. Availability and changes

Online features need a working internet connection. We may maintain, update or change the game, including balance, content and available features. We cannot promise that every feature will always be available or free from errors. We will provide notice of material changes when required by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. For help with server-held information or account-related requests, use the contact address below. Stopping play or removing the app does not itself request a refund or delete every server record.

7. Content and legal rights

The game, artwork, software and other service content are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership of that content is transferred by using the game or obtaining a virtual item. Rights provided by open-source licenses or applicable law remain unaffected.

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access, a particular game outcome or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections in your country.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Please contact us about disputes so we can try to resolve them; this does not prevent you from using legal remedies available to you.
