1. Information we handle

Game data on your device

The app stores your progress, diamonds and coins, unlocked items, decks, settings, purchase receipts and reward history on your device. If you choose to export a backup, you control where that backup is copied or shared.

Friends, rooms and rankings

When you use online features, we process your generated friend code, authentication token, display name, avatar, banner, collection and game statistics. Room membership, online status, match inputs and results help us operate multiplayer games and invitations. Profile information, selected items and relevant results are visible to other players through these features.

Invite rewards

We process first-launch eligibility, the invite code you enter, referral relationships, Sky Climb progress, completed Room Matches and reward claims to determine eligibility and prevent duplicate rewards. The inviter can see invited players’ names and mission progress.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat helps us verify transactions, recover purchases and determine which products have been purchased. Purchase records include product and transaction identifiers, purchase dates and an app user identifier generated by RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Notifications, camera and support

If you enable notifications, we associate a push token and notification preferences with your game profile so we can deliver room invitations. Camera access is used to scan friend and room QR codes; the app does not upload camera images or record audio for this feature. If you email support, we receive your address, message and any information you choose to include.

Technical information

Our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, request information, device or app information, and diagnostic logs needed to deliver and protect their services.

2. How we use information

We use information to run the game, synchronize online matches, show profiles and rankings, deliver invitations, provide purchased items, calculate referral rewards, respond to support requests and investigate errors or misuse.

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. Device permissions can be changed in your device settings.

3. Advertising

The game includes optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. The app requests non-personalized ads. This does not mean that no data is processed: Google’s advertising SDK may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from an IP address, device or app identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.

Advertising identifiers are subject to the permissions and restrictions of your device. You can choose not to watch optional rewarded ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure.

4. Service providers and sharing

We use the following providers for relevant features:

• Cloudflare hosts the online game and Friends services.
• Expo, together with Apple or Google notification services, delivers push notifications.
• RevenueCat supports purchase verification and purchase history.
• Apple provides the App Store and payment processing.
• Google AdMob delivers optional rewarded advertising.
• Vercel hosts this website.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or others. Online features share relevant game information with other players as described above.

Providers may process information outside your country. Where required, applicable safeguards apply to international transfers. These providers’ own privacy notices describe their processing.

5. Storage and retention

Local progress generally remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. Some credentials can remain in secure device storage or be carried over by a device backup. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete records held by our online services or purchase providers.

We retain server records for as long as needed to operate your account and game features, honor purchases, prevent repeat claims or abuse, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Referral limits are lifetime limits, so an expired mission or removed friend does not automatically remove the referral record.

We use access controls and other reasonable measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and requests

You can edit your display name and profile, manage friends, disable notifications and camera access in device settings, and choose whether to use online features or rewarded ads.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent or complain to a privacy regulator.

To request help or deletion of server-held information, email daiki.studio9@gmail.com. Include your friend code and enough context to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or payment card details. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction purposes.

Parents or guardians who have concerns about a child’s information can contact the same address. Where parental consent is legally required, a child should use the relevant features only with that consent.

7. This website

These pages do not include an account system, contact form, advertising scripts or analytics cookies. Vercel may process ordinary connection and request data to serve and secure the website. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
